## For members (B2C)

- AI coach: MediaPipe pose tracking on the phone. Squats today: knee valgus, shallow depth and excessive forward lean flagged per rep. A tip per set, written from trainer-approved templates. Frames never leave the phone.
- Training: a weekly plan or a muscle-group session (back and biceps, chest and triceps, shoulders, legs). The app suggests what to train next from the last 7 days using the twice-a-week-per-muscle guideline. Each exercise has a how-to and a YouTube Short that plays in the app.
- Gains: lifetime kilograms and reps, this week's numbers, milestone badges, personal bests, visit history.
- Leaderboard: opt-in, first names only, three boards (visits this week, kg this week, streak). Leave any time.
- Buddies: suggestions, requests, chat, training groups, a helper badge for members who help others. Adults only; separate consent for matching and chat.
- Check-in: QR from the app, or confirm a face check-in on the phone. Membership with days left, dues and UPI payment in the app.
- Privacy centre: every consent toggle, export my data, delete my account, file a complaint and get a reference number.

## For gym owners (B2B)

- Owner dashboard: today's arrivals with dues flagged, revenue, visits and busy hours, members, plans, dues reminders that respect consent, complaints.
- Front-desk console: check-in by QR or name, pending check-ins.
- Trainer console: review queue for the AI coach's tips with each flag's wrong-rate, moderation, helper endorsements, group creation.
- Face check-in (optional): runs on a small device at the entrance with a liveness check and encrypted templates; stays in shadow mode until calibrated with consenting members.
